Stretching helps in reducing stress and tension in the muscles and joints. Also enhancing flexibility, range of motion, boosting mood and energy levels, and repairing scar tissue. MOOD Circle TM...

A women's empowerment group that's here to prepare you to gently release the BS. This is a safe space for women of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities to support, inspire and empower one another. By Manifesting On Other's Dreams, we celebrate each other while encouraging a sister to express her way out stress, anxiety, depression and fear.
Meet Me Where I am ...Yoga TM... or Stretch

Here accessibility meets creativity with uniquely designed programs that considers each participants exceptional needs, as the exploration of intentional movement begins, one will be given modifications and accessible ways to approach various postures to assist with flexibility, mobility, circulation and more. These sessions will incorporate breathing techniques that can be used to help with mental, emotional, physical, and environmental stressors.
Specialized Support

Developed, but not limited to, individuals that may be receiving specialized support services and or living with special needs. Keeping, IEP's, SIS and Support Plans in mind. Each session, is tailored,
encouraging intentional breath and movement as
socioemotional learning approaches are used, keeping all engaged. These person centered fun sessions are designed for groups, day supports and SAC programs.

Seniors Edition...

Designed with our wisdom warriors in mind.
Because, stretching loosens tight ligaments, tendons and muscles this is an ideal class for seniors to experience:

Greater range of motion in the knees, pelvis, and hips

Improve strength, flexibility and mobility

All of which positively influences balance when walking
These sessions are available to all seniors. one on one or within a group setting. Ideal for stay home, senior residential housing, senior activities or rec, programs

Childrens' Edition...

Children bones grow so fast, often times, because the connective tissues, surrounding their muscles do not grow at the same pace, tightness can occur. Therefore, it is important to keep our little ones engaged within intentional movement. With the use of interactive storytelling, social emotional activities and more!

Population Teen TM...

Coined, because most often you can find a mindfulness program that will focus on the little ones, moving forward with focus on the adult, special programs for seniors. But what about the population in between! Teenagers face a variety of stressors daily. Test stress, academic stress, social stress, identity stress or the stress of just feeling
misunderstood. Such stress can contribute to unhealthy anxieties, I mean let's face many of us adults wouldn't even want to revisit those t confusing teen years. Our mission is to empower these future leaders, to step into their greatness. Through the exploitation of mindfulness, intentional movement, and breath. We bring an awareness to this population that articulates:
